Unfulfilled potential due to maintenance

The property has potential if adequately maintained. However, maintenance and safety are issues plagued our week long stay. Property management is unresponsive and did not resolve issues reported on day one. Safety included malfunctioning range-top and oven. Also, a chair on the upper landing was broken and could have caused injury if someone attempted use it. Sanitation issues with moldy refrigerator, cockroaches, and hair clogged sink drains. Vertical blinds in the living area did not function so they could not be opened and closed.
