* Minimum age of the primary renter is 21.
* A maximum of three cars is allowed. The third car must be parked
parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk.
* Parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk may result in fines
from the resort.
* The spa requires the pool heater to be turned on for use.
* Resort amenities include a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy
river, poolside tiki bar and grill, fitness center, sand
volleyball, playground, and basketball and tennis courts.
* Security cameras are located at the front entryway and on both
sides of the home.
