The Space:

Soft morning light pours into the open living area as you settle in, the hum of Orlando’s theme parks just a short drive away while a private retreat invites you to unwind. The flow between indoor comfort and the poolside oasis creates a seamless space for cooling off after a day of adventure. With a game room, home cinema, and spacious gathering spots, the house balances excitement and relaxation for every member of your group.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five bedrooms that accommodate a range of group sizes. Downstairs, a bedroom with a king bed includes an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mario Bross room features a bunk bed paired with a queen bed that sleeps four, while the Toad room provides four queen beds that sleep eight. Two additional upstairs rooms, Queen A and Queen B, each contain a queen bed. In total, there are nine beds and five baths, with one ensuite, a shared half bathroom downstairs, and three full bathrooms upstairs.



Indoor amenities

A comfortable living area invites you to gather after park visits, and a home cinema adds a perfect setting for movie nights. The game room w/ pool table, arcades & console offers endless entertainment, and a free washer and dryer make longer stays convenient. WiFi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals for large groups. Indoor dining areas accommodate quick breakfasts before heading out and relaxed dinners after a day of exploring.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool w/ optional heat, surrounded by loungers and a grill for poolside meals. The patio provides ample space to enjoy Florida’s consistently warm climate, and beach essentials included make spontaneous trips to the coast effortless. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking add to the convenience.

Located in Windsor at Westside, you have resort access incl. water park, lazy river & hot tub. The community also features a resort‑style pool, water slides, splash pool, recreational courts, and picnic and BBQ areas. A short drive brings you to dining, shopping, and major roads that lead directly to Orlando’s famous attractions.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
