Breakfast attendants and one night auditor (lady with glasses and dark straight hair) were amazing and very professional. The rest of the FD staff seemed irritated and overwhelmed. We receive one day hskp service and they did the bare minimum, we had to ask for TP and tissues as they were never replenished. Rushed service

This was a disappointing stay. Had two rooms which were both old and needed updating. Strong smell of deodorizer throughout. The floors between levels are paper thin and you hear every footstep - even with AirPods in the bed vibrates from the shaking of the floor above. Staff were nice but this hotel needs a big upgrade

The elevator was quite interesting and there was a hint of a odd smell, but for the price it wasn’t terrible. The room was nice, the beds were clean and there was a refrigerator! Overall, if you are looking for an easy, cheap hotel you should come here.

The breakfast service area is too small for the hotel’s capacity, which causes inconvenience. Additionally, the served products and/or the accessories for preparation are insufficient. Regarding the juice and coffee service (advertised as available 24/7), for 48 hours we did not see any juice, and the coffee provided does not meet the expected quality

The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the hotel is worn and needs new trim, paint and tile in the rooms. Free breakfast for Hotels.com bookings. The price and proximity to Universal is why we chose this location. $6 Uber to the parl or a 15 minute walk or a once a day shuttle at specific times.
