I’ve paid for so many extra services that I never actually receive—larger seats, seat reservations, internet access, and more. On top of that, things got so confusing: I thought both of my reservations were with Esprit Airlines, but it turned out one of them was with Frontier. When I explained that I had booked my flight with Esprit, they denied it, of course, and I was forced to purchase another ticket with Esprit.
