No room service. They never change the sheets or towels in room, I had to empty my trash, go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. I asked housekeeping woman for towels and toilet paper and she laughed at me. Free breakfast is a joke, toast and waffles. I scratched every night in the bed. I scratched every night in bed because blanket and sheets were dirty. I would never stay there again. Worse hotel I've ever stayed at. It's only worth 30 dollars a night.

The room was clean, bo funny smell, but some roaches here and there. Breakfast was included, it didn't have a lot of options, but still a good option to have a bite. It also has a restaurant walking distance. My room was facing a main avenue so you can hear all the traffic at all times. The plumbing need dome work. The staff was really nice and they had coffee the whole day wich is a plus.

La verdad q no recomiendo este hotel si vas con niños . La gente fuma marihuana se siente el olor esta muy sucio se ven las cucarachas las camareras te huyen . Compré Flórez y Lysol para desinfectar muy mala experiencia

Room had to be changed due to giving me an already rented room.Went upstairs for a second time and the key didn’t work. Had to go downstairs and ask front desk for wash cloths and towels and they stated the housekeepers usually changes them when guest leave. Also it was someone in the hall next to the room charging his phone, and they put me in a room next to one with the doorknob broken. Never again

I made the reservation at this property and was told that there was no scalability and that my money would be refunded. So two days later I called to inquire about my one key cash being refunded and they were dumbfounded. They are telling me that I was a no call no showi mad as hell

Staff was friendly. Room was…okay. Fairly clean, but bathroom needs a remodel and kill…moldy ceiling and also there were no towels. Overall ok for the price we paid.
