Elevators out of service. The working elevator jerked and moaned. It was all scratched up looked terrible. Hot tub was completely empty. Good morning. Breakfast was fine and the personnel was kind and helpful. The biggest problem I could see an older person or child getting stuck in the room. The door handle was very difficult to open and you had to jam it up, not down to get in and out of the room

That is my favorite Hotel for my vacation everything is close to the Hotel ..love it The only new that i didn't expect is that they are charging for the parking that supposed to be free for the customer that is in the Hotel. But everything else us ok.

This is a tired hotel lacking maintenance and upkeep of the two elevators one is broken and the other runs extremely slow the room had trim in the bathroom that was peeling paint and swelling would the bathtub had a rust stain around the drain overall it was just tired and dirty way past the need for an update and paint job

This trip stay was a disaster, out of 3 elevators only 1 was working. None of the elevators had the required inspections for the state of Florida, they were unsafe as one would click the floor # and it wouldn't mark. In the course getting to the destined floor level the elevator would make a lot of noise as if it were going to get stuck. We had to get stairs from the 3rd floor, with my wife being asthmatic, this wasn't desirable. Lastly, there was a gaping whole in the roof in the 3rd floor. I am very disappointed in this hotel stay.
