The owner was great and got back to us right away when we contacted. The house was great for our kids and they had a blast in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The furniture was not the most modern and definitely well used and loved, but perfectly fine for us. Thank you for a great time.

Everything was great. The jets on the Spa/Hot tub didn’t work well and the sliding doors were hard to open and close. The beds were very comfortable. The back bedroom bed seemed a little loose that could possibly need to be tightened or a new frame.

After paying in full for my 7 night stay several weeks in advance we were notified that about 2 weeks prior to check in we would be notified of address and door code. Registration forms were filled out with request of copy of CC and ID for and exspenses upon check out. Three days before check in I had to reach out to get the address and was told they would not provide that information without a copy of my CC to charge the 207 non refunded charge. Crazy sinse they already got my payment of over 1200.00. This information was provided on April 25th per email, we checked in on May 8th. So if i had not arrived due to not having the address because of poor communication on the owners part not asking again for the CC number i am sure i would have gotten a full refund, right? Also, they should really hire a new cleaner, no dusting anywhere, mold around the floor boards on the carpets as well as the drain in the main bathroom tub, shower makes loud skretching sounds, stains on furniture, only allowed 2 trash bags of trash or you get charged per there guest book

Amazing stay. The townhouse was well equipped and maintained. The kids loved having their own pool, and the clubhouse pool and waterslides made our park rest day even better. Loved all the space and washer dryer. Best stay in Orlando we have ever had. Easy transparent communication and great property management group.
