Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light spills across the patio and into the fully fenced backyard, where the pool and spa wait just beyond the sliding doors. This is the kind of place where everyone finds their own rhythm - a lazy start by the water, a competitive round in the game room, or quiet time tucked into a favorite corner. Skylights over the staircase keep the interior bright, and the layout gives families and groups room to spread out without ever feeling far apart.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room bring the total sleeping capacity to 14 guests. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, a standalone shower, a soaking tub, and sliding doors that open straight onto the pool area. Upstairs, a second ensuite also features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a themed room, and 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Every bedroom has a smart TV and ceiling fan, and the family room’s sectional includes a queen sofa bed with its own smart TV.

Indoor living
A dedicated workspace sits in its own room with a door, ideal for catching up on emails away from the action. The air-conditioned game room is built for downtime, with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games on hand. Younger guests have their own dedicated playroom stocked with life-size games, books, and toys, plus baby safety gates and other family essentials. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans throughout, and room-darkening shades keep the home comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen and dining
Stainless appliances and granite counters anchor a kitchen built for real cooking, including an oven with a built-in air fryer. A dining table seats the group for shared meals, and the essentials for cooking, baking, and brewing coffee are all on hand.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is set up for lounging and gathering, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private patio. The pool and spa are available year-round, with heating available for an additional cost. A charcoal grill is included, with a propane option available to rent separately. A half bath opens directly onto the pool deck, so no one needs to track water through the house.

Amenities and essentials
In-unit washer and dryer access is included at no extra cost, along with bathroom essentials and a stocked entertainment setup - a 65-inch HDTV with multiple streaming services, exercise equipment, and board games. Family-focused extras include a crib, high chair, and an outdoor playground. Exterior security cameras face outward for added peace of mind. Parking includes four driveway spaces plus free street parking.

Location
Set in the Orlando Area, the home offers free access to nearby resort facilities and sits within easy reach of major attractions, parks, golf courses, and shopping. A nearby path or dock provides lake access, and a shared gym is located close by.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
