Great location/ horrible experience
Pros -
Loved the location, was close to all parks. Heated pool was also a plus on the cold nights.
Cons-
-Communication is nonexistent from the people that own the property to the "Love Rental" management group. All of the codes that they gave us did not work and failed to communicate that there was a gate code needed to even enter the property. It took us almost two hours to get everything settled waiting outside of the gate, after having to call the owner myself.
-The rental stated that they had supplies. This was a lie. We had to go to the store to get supplies. Every bathroom was given half a roll of toilet paper already used from the previous renters. Enough dish soap to wash one plate. No paper towels. Enough laundry detergent to wash a half a load. One trash bag.
-The beds were incredibly hard and only 5 inchs deep. I ended up sleeping most nights on the couch most nights.
-They also failed to mention that there was no overnight street parking and only room for 2 vehicles. We had 3. We had to move the pool table that was stored in the garage inside the house to make room.
-Outside lights for the pool were not working/ burned out. Not great if you want to go for a late-night swim/ use the hot tub.
-Bugs all over in the pool and not cleaned, no net was given. Had to go buy our own.
