Parking was easy. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The remodeling job was nice and updated. When the WIFI was out for the first few days, the owner and I worked together to correct the issue. As it turned out, it was a Spectrum issue, which the owner was able to get them out there to fix the problem on our 4th day. The only real issues that I had with this stay is that there were only one trash bag for the kitchen trash can, one dishwasher detergent pod, and no liquid dish detergent for the week. So we had to purchase our own supplies. One other thing, and this is at no means a reflection on this owner. But the remodeling crews working on the condo upstairs until 8pm go to be a little annoying. Again, I realize that there was nothing that the owner could have done about that. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids for this booking. This property was perfect. It was clean, decent size tvs in all the bedrooms, and plenty of kitchen amenities. The host responded timely to any and all questions we had before our check in and after our check in. We had all the information we need prior to checking in and checking out. Would definitely book this property again for future stays.

Great location. We stayed to participate in the Wine and Dine half. It was close enough that traffic was great that morning and super easy to get to. One negative - major lack of kitchen and cooking supplies. No large spaghetti type pot for boiling, not many forks, lack of cookware in general. We had to reuse a sauce pan for cooking spaghetti then making the sauce. Otherwise, nice stay!

I would not stay at this location ever again. It should say half down remodel. Although things are newer I can’t get past the cleanliness it’s mold/ dust / bugs as well as old sheet sets everything in the photos you will get at a cost. The ceiling fans/ vents have caked up dust and mold , sink fixtures have mold and build up oh let’s not forget the previous renters hair stuck in shower tub on the walls and in the sinks. Dirty I don’t love my life this way whoever left prior reviews I can imagine how they live. Do not Rent read all reviews! Discolored blinds, it’s a mess needs a real team to come and clean and replace things oh almost forgot to mention the chair fell apart screws weee on the floor and microwave tape at the top pay attention to atta he’s photos. Manager is very nonchalant I messaged after the first day with the reeeibke conditions she offers to have her cleaners come! The issue is bigger then The cleaners mold is serious and all the other issues. Disgusted to asked if u wanted to check out didn’t care oh almost forgot my daughter woke up with bites all over her body. She did not show any type of compassion the only resolve she stated was to have cleaners come and to checkout. Also how she’s never had any issues in the eight years which is totally a lie. I wish I would have paid closer attention to all the reviews you should be ashamed. Dirty renovated property!

Definitely good could tell you updated the townhouse. It was pretty. I am sure you can’t do anything about the actual property itself, but definitely feel like they could upgrade that. Overall stay was nice though.

Great for our needs

We stayed 6 days in June. Drove back and forth to universal and Disney. It isn’t as great as staying on property, but if you are a seasoned Disney visitor it works fine. Traffic is terrible so you need to plan around that. But we did everything we wanted and basically just slept here. And saved a ton of money vs staying on property at the resorts.

Great Getaway

I was very surprised that it was so roomy. The bedrooms were very roomy. The grandchildren had their own room. They loved it. They told us we had to knock first to their room.
