The hotel itself was very nice with modern facilities and extremely polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend at the parks. Overall will definitely stay here again. I took one star off because of the parking fee. I just don’t understand why there is a need to pay for parking when it’s just a regular space. There are no garages or anything special imo to warrant a parking fee. Just a pet peeve of mine

The Manager and front desk staff were excellent! Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Sadly, the female bar attendant was not welcoming at all and deterred us from using their restaurant and drinks services.

Rooms weee very outdated. Looked like the walls and doors were painted over several times instead of being fixed or replaced. Water damage to cabinet under fridge. Doors broken off and missing from cabinets. Carpet was musty and dirty. Staff was the best. They worked hard to make us happy. They are amazing.

Stayed for one night during the haunted horror houses at Universal Orlando and it was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Honestly my only problem was you have to pay to park :( But it is right across the street from Universal so its expected

The your of the room worked so well for our family. The breakfast was great and location to universal and shopping. We had one maintenance worker that wasn’t kind and seemed very out out to have to help us with a need in our room.
