The Hyatt House was a great spot for our trip to Universal. We stayed here one night, but it was easy to find and and easy to get in and out of. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There is no food right around the hotel. We used Uber Eats for delivery, which was easier than driving to find someplace.

I would have given 5 star, but had some delays with the room. Once in the room there was an odd smell in the kitchen. Was surprised there was not complimentary water for guests. No Hyatt points given because I booked through expedia. There was a bug in the extra sheet set (for sofa bed). Justin (front desk) was apologetic helpful the next day, but overall I wasn't 100% excited about the money spent for the room.

Convenient location. 15 minute safe walk to City Walk/Universal Studios. Busing available as well. Clean room and surrounding areas inside and outside of the hotel. Comfortable space in rooms, bedding and pillows. Friendly staff. Helpful around the clock. Reasonable amenities in kitchen for basic cooking. Laundry facilities were clean and available. Breakfast buffet had basic variety with hot/cold options. Have stayed multiple times at this hotel for all reasons above, will definitely return again.

Clean rooms and spacious. Comfortable beds. The only thing i did not like was the AC faced one of the beds directly and it was a bit uncomfortable. Everyone else was good. I only sleept one night.

The breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast foods. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The bed’s was comfortable, and the pillow is wonderful.

Great location and convenient. Short walk to Universal but they also offer morning and night shuttles. Breakfast was good but not much variety. Sausage or ham every day but no bacon offered, Hyatt place right next door did though. Coffee could’ve been better. Please note that the beds while comfy are plush which was not good for my back, I prefer firmer beds. I could not talk more highly of the staff. Every staff member I spoke to or encountered was so hospitable and welcoming with smiles on their faces.

The suite bedroom with the kitchen was absolutely amazing! It had anything you could think of needing, and it was very comfortable as well. We visited Universal, and we were right next to the parks, so the location was also perfect. My only complaint is the market in the lobby because the prices were extremely expensive for really cheap products.
