I was very disappointed with my stay. The toilet was dirty upon arrival, which was unacceptable. The sofa area also had hair and appeared unclean, making the room feel poorly maintained overall. To make matters worse, the alarm clock went off at 6 AM even though I never set it, which disrupted my rest. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Great place to stay!

Great location for visiting Universal Parks - they have a shuttle and you can walk to Citywalk. A few restaurants are within walking distance, too. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was really yummy, and our room was huge! The staff was very friendly.

Room is very clean and quiet. My only comment is the breakfast. They need to change the menu everyday. If you stayed for 5 nights, every other day, they’re serving same food.

Excellent service from check-in. We were a little dismayed at our initial room. But when we called the front desk, Juan, immediately offered us an alternative. That was much better for our family of four adults. Exceptional service, too, from Emily, at each breakfast. Very responsive to our needs whether it was more toiletries or towels, very accommodating overall.Would easily stay here again. Very short, Lyft ride to Universal as well, which was our main goal.

It was in what seemed to be a pretty safe area. The hotel itself and our room were clean. The only issue we experienced was with the shower. Somehow water was getting underneath the glass door and a puddle would form on the floor. Not a huge deal.
