Services were great . Few things to inform that bathroom door lock was not working and sofa bed was broken. We stayed only for 2 days and most of the day we were outside. Did not call for service person that late at night.

Breakfast area was very clean. The options for breakfast did not change much each day. However, the food was hot and free. It met my needs before going to the parks. Our room was very clean. The bed was amazing! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was within walking distance (about15 minutes) to the park with a connected walkway. However, I used the hotel shuttle. The shuttle required 24 hour reservation, but allowed you to schedule 30 minutes in advance the day of. There's a very small liitle section in the hotel lobby referred to as a "store" where you can purchase snacks, drinks, and microwaveable food. Outside of the hotel, there's a Walgreens and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean. Location was great and the breakfast area had lots of seating and offered great options. This made for a very comfortable stay for our family of four. The pool was warm (December). Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was excellent! We needed our fire alarm battery changed and they were prompt to do so. The room seemed to be okay! It was nice to be within walking distance of the park.
