Oh, so many highlights! From the necessary luxurious beds, to the hot hot tub and pool, huge gathering spaces and the theater room where you can't help but fall asleep in the recliners at the end of the night! It's such a beautiful stay that you won't be able to leave for the day! We ate breakfast in the clubhouse (no cooking on vaca) and was divine. Thanks for a wonderful retreat from reality.

Fun house with plenty of space

Stayed here in late 2022 with family of 6. Excellent location within property, and very quiet surrounding area. House is spacious inside with tall ceilings and white tiled floor for very clean feel. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. Great sidewalk path outside front door next to golf course for walking/riding bikes and going to the putt-putt course and pickleball courts. Private pool and hot tub at house were very nice to have, as was the gas grill. Movie room was neat but very limited on what to watch (no DVD player or option to purchase movies so could only watch TV channels in there...which was fine b/c it was college bowl season!). Would absolutely recommend this house for a big family or even multiple families, and will definitely stay here again!

Had problems with AC/heating outdoor units. Down stairs unit did not work at all. Had your technicians come over to confirm. Had guest with ranauds syndrome made uncomfortable when outside temp in upper 40s and inside 60s. Although the technicians were able to get upstairs unit to finally work, it was extremely noisy and some upstairs guest had difficulty sleeping. Otherwise villa meet our needs.
