You and your family as guests have access to a couple of THE RESORT swimming pools, fitness gym, the short distance to the Disney park attractions, stores and restaurants. This stunning new vacation home with 4 spacious bedrooms is the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining with an open layout to host a great gathering. As our valued guest, you will enjoy access to several wonderful amenities within Reunion Resort.

You are welcome to take advantage of:
• The Fitness Center located at the Seven Eagles Pavilion
• The Tennis Courts
• The Mini Golf Course
For tennis and mini golf, please visit the Tennis Pro Shop at Centre Court Ridge to check in, reserve court time if needed, and obtain equipment. A small activity fee may apply.

You also have access to multiple guest-designated community pools throughout the resort, including:
• Seven Eagles Pool (near the Fitness Center)
• Centre Court Ridge Pool
• Heritage Crossing North Pool
• Heritage Crossing South Pool
• Carriage Pointe Pool
• Homestead Pool

These pools are available to vacation rental guests with active club access and are conveniently located throughout the community.

For a special evening experience, you are welcome to visit the Reunion Grande hotel and enjoy dinner at the rooftop restaurant on the 11th floor, where you can take in beautiful sunset views of the resort and surrounding area. A dining reservation is recommended.

Please note that the rooftop swimming pool itself is reserved exclusively for property owners and members.
We hope you take full advantage of these exceptional amenities and enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at Reunion Resort. Parking is available at the entrance of the property. Guests have no access to the Waterparks.

I would appreciate it if you take the time and read these house rules and follow them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for more information or details:

- There is a Pass Card for the entry to the authorized Pools and Gym. If you lose the pass, there will be an additional fee of $75.00
- Guests have access to the entire house except the garage and the closet under the stairs.
- Please take the trash and recycling to the receptacles located outside the garage.
- The master bedroom shower to get Hot Water - Needs to be turned to the left and back to the lower right.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- No smoking of ANY kind inside the property. $550 penalty charge will apply.
- The guest shall be charged the full amount for fixing or replacing any
damages and/or item.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to stay overnight. Max capacity is 8 people. A $50 charge will be added for every extra guest.
-DO NOT flush feminine products, wipes, cotton pads/balls, diapers, paper towels or tissues. DO NOT pour cooking grease or food down any drain. If these cause plumbing issues, the repairs will be charged to the guest.

Late Checkout Policy:
Checkout time is 11:00 am. Late checkout must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $75/hour fee. This ensures we have enough time to clean and prepare the space for the next guest. Thank you for understanding.

PetsPolicy:
- ALL pets must be pre-approved prior to making a reservation
- Please provide breed and weight
- Pets mus be 20 pound or less
- One-time pet fee of $50 per pet.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
- Bring own bedding / food bowls.
- The pets brought to the property be clean and freshly bathed before arrival. This help us to maintain a clean, allergen-free space and ensures a more confortable stay for everyone.
- Pets must be house-trained.
- Please do not Leave pets unattended unless the are crated.
- Please clean up after your pet including outdoor pet waste. Failure to clean up after your pet or if there are damages, additional cleaning and/or damage fees will incur. Guest wil be responsable.
