Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me. I had asked Ashe i might be able to upgrade my room to 2 separate bedrooms, he said if something was avaliable yes. When I arrived to check in, I asked if that was still possible, he said yes something was avaliable BUT the desk agent also told me that my room had 2 bedrooms. I asked if he was sure, he said yes. I completed checking in, get uo to the room, only 2 beds... not 2 bedrooms. I called down to the desk agent, he asked if i was sure. I advised him yes, only 2 queen beds. I proceeded back down to the front desk, and advised that i did want to upgrade to the room with 2 bedrooms separately. I was then told, he had nothing avaliable. I must say, not a great way to start my stay. Especially when I called the day before. Secondly, the coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I reported the 1st morning of my stay. Each daystopped by the front desk, reminded them. Nothing. Last Evening gentle a man came to my room. When I opened the door, He stood there with a coffee maker. He didn’t say a word. I let him in, he worked , he never said a word. It wasn't working he did a couple of things and left He never said it was fixed or anything. He left a he never said anything about the water.He didn't dump it out.He didn't tell us anything

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - International Drive between 1/16~17. I clearly communicated w/ the front desk before my arrival that I would check in around 10pm.However, when I arrived at the front desk, the person at the front desk totally ghosted me for 15 min, talking on the phone. If that person had another urgent issue, he should have let me know that he is handling an urgent issue and asked me to use another front desk, however, he didn't say anything - no guidance, no eye contact, no apology. Only 15 min later, I was able to check in. Also, even after I paid the parking fee, the person at the front desk did NOT give us the parking permit. Do we have to ask the parking permit even after making full payment?  At this point, I am not sure if I will dare to choose Holiday Inn for my next trip

This room was clean, the staff were super helpfully, the complimentary breakfast was also great. We had a late departure flight, so we were offered a late checkout until 12pm for free, and a $25 dlls fee for every hour after that.

The room’s physical appearance was fine. The climate control didn’t work at all. As a result, there was a stale smell in the room. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because when I was checking in, they told someone they were completely booked and I needed a place to sleep. I slept fine, but it would have been nice to get some air moving.
