We booked a suite with a sofa bed and 2 queen beds. We got a room with a cot and 2 double beds. When we raised the issue with the hotel we got attitude. We are not getting what we paid for. Also the cot was breaking and we couldn’t use it. When asked for replacements, we were told that it would be impossible However a replacement was found but no sheeting and the mattress was stained. This is the first time I have used Expedia and what I got from you guys suck. I want my money refunded.
The room we booked was to come with a sofa bed. This is what we were given and a broken cot to boot.

Hotel was under renovation. Room was clean with new carpet. Room safe did not work because it needed batteries. There was a small temporary TV in the room that had not been mounted on the wall yet. Elevator was out of order and I had to carry a large suitcase down the stairs for three floors. Front desk staff was great.

I carpets were super dirty. The bathroom look like it was surfaced cleaned. You couldn’t use the stairwell which was an emergency concern. There was one elevator that was very slow and made us a nervous wreck due to the jumping.

I had my room changed. The first room I was in had no hot water in the shower and there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. This hotel needs to be updated a bit. The only plus was the woman working breakfast time, she was super friendly.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The host at breakfast goes out of her way to make sure you get everything you need. Love the staff. Parking is very easy and feels very safe. No one is just hanging out at the parking lot. During my stay there was construction right outside my window but they were very considerate and ended early and room was quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep. Looking forward to see the updating on the property Looking forward to my next stay which will be soon
