The location was great. The Bar restaurant was friendly and fast for food service. The hallways were quiet and the room was good. The refrigerator had food from the previous occupants. Front seat staff were friendly.

Stayed for convention at Orange County Convention Center but had activities at Universal. Easy uber to both locations. The lobby furnishings looked brand new and the hotel was spotless. Front desk always manned and staff very friendly and accommodating. There is a self service store with drinks/snacks and a Tiki Bar by the pool open at night. The hotel is good for families or business trips. I printed something out and they did not have a color printer--that was the only downside. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge light up mirror. I am super picky and I was pleased with my stay.
