The place needs a good cleaning and some updates. Hot water Faucet in front bathroom did not work. Toilet seat in back bathroom needs replacing. None of the living room furniture was comfortable. On the plus side - the pool was great and the owner was VERY good about responding to questions and requests.

In need of repairs

The place is run down and was not clean. It has no blinds on the back patio door to the pool so hence no privacy. It also had many broken or damaged items such as the electronic dead bolt pad that was duct-taped to the door, the patio sunshade is torn, broken chairs on pool deck, fridge ice-maker does not work and so on. The place does have a lot of potential and was very likely at one time a beautiful rental but those days are far behind the one we just rented.

Family Birthday Celebration

We came to Orlando to celebrate our grandson's 3rd birthday and visit Sea World. The housing made it so much more enjoyable! The swimming pool was nice and temperature controlled, would rent again and recommend it to other family and friends.

Hurricane shelter from Milton

I was able to communicate with the owner nicely by emails, she allowed me to get in before the app said it was available and when we could go home yet, she let us stay another night with emails. She was Awesome with communications; WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL FOR OUR STAY!!!!

Nice place to stay

The property was exactly as stated. Loved the 2 master bedrooms at opposite ends of house. The 2 other bedrooms had bunk beds that were full size. Had 2 minors issues that the owner addressed right away. The heated pool was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

VRBO Perfection

Location was perfect! The pool was a perfect way to unwind after our busy Disney days! Plenty of space for everyone and the beds were just as comfortable as home! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this vacation stay. The only negative thing I could say would be parking. Half the neighborhood parked on the street and there is really only room for one vehicle in the driveway or two small cars. If you have small kids, this is the place to stay! Very clean and easily accessible. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors too!
