After a day of theme‑park thrills, you step onto the patio, hear the gentle splash of the private pool, and hear laughter drift from the game room. The warm Florida sky stretches above, inviting you to unwind under its glow. Together, you gather around the outdoor dining table, sharing stories while the evening breeze carries the scent of the nearby garden.
Sleeping Arrangements
Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a shared half bathroom just down the hall. Upstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom with its own ensuite, two themed bedrooms each with twin beds, and a themed room featuring a full‑over‑twin bunk bed. Additional upstairs bathrooms serve the remaining rooms, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided.
Living Spaces
The main living area provides comfortable seating for the whole group, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A separate game room adds extra entertainment, giving each age group its own space to play. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year‑round.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto indoor and outdoor dining areas. Whether you’re preparing a family‑style dinner or a quick snack, the layout supports relaxed, shared meals. A BBQ grill on the patio makes casual outdoor cooking easy.
Outdoor Living
Step onto the private patio to find a seasonal pool with an optional heat setting and a hot tub for soothing evenings. Lounge chairs and a dining set create a versatile space for sunbathing, meals, or simply watching the sunset.
Resort Access & Location
As guests of the Windsor at Westside resort, you enjoy free access to a water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool. The home sits in Kissimmee, a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and a variety of dining and shopping options, balancing adventure with relaxation.
Practical Details
Free parking, self‑check‑in with a smart lock, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace make both short and extended stays convenient. Exterior security cameras at the front and sides of the property add an extra layer of safety.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.
The Neighborhood:
An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.
Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.
Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
