The Space:

Morning light filters through wide windows as the house awakens, coffee brews in the kitchen, and kids drift toward the game room while plans form for another day at Orlando’s world‑famous attractions. After a full day out, evenings naturally gather everyone back together, whether it’s a movie night in the cinema or quiet conversations by the pool and hot tub. The spacious villa in Kissimmee offers a welcoming retreat where large families and groups can spread out, stay connected, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa features nine bedrooms across two levels, providing flexible options for couples, families, and friends. Downstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second master bedroom offers another king bed with its own ensuite. The themed rooms add fun and privacy: a Marvel‑themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite; an Alice‑themed bedroom with two twin bunk beds; a Harry Potter‑themed room with a full bunk bed and ensuite; and a Frozen‑themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite. Additional king bedrooms upstairs each have an ensuite bathroom, bringing the total to 17 beds and 7 baths.

Two separate living areas let groups relax without crowding. One lounge invites casual conversation, while the other provides a comfortable spot for reading or planning the next adventure. The dedicated cinema room creates an easy option for movie nights, and the game room offers another way to spend time together.

A large full kitchen anchors the home, equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Two indoor dining areas make it simple to gather for breakfasts before heading out or dinners after long days exploring the parks. A washer and dryer are conveniently located for fresh linens and clothing.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio where furniture surrounds a sparkling pool and a hot tub, perfect for cooling off during warm Florida afternoons or unwinding in the evenings year‑round. Resort access adds additional shared amenities for your enjoyment.

The villa includes air conditioning, heating, wifi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Bathroom essentials and bedroom linens are provided, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place. Free parking is available on the premises, and the property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
