The hotel staff was very kind, and we would give them the highest rating. However, the hotel conditions were terrible and everything was in very poor shape. The elevators were very old and dirty, and the room’s condition and amenities were in such bad shape that I would rate them 0 out of 10. The sheets and pillows smelled very bad—also 0 out of 10. There was no privacy because everything we said inside our room could be heard in the hallway. The breakfast had no variety, and the fruit, bread, and overall cleanliness were in poor condition. I don’t think I will ever return to this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others

The hotel was in good condition and overall clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is you have to pay to park your car. It is pretty annoying and misleading on total cost of staying when you're planning ahead. You should just be upfront about pricing and not charge extra once there.

This is the hotel I selected based on its Expedia rating and reviews, and where I have stayed for the last three years. I was satisfied with the hotel in the past two years, and based on its high rating and my previous experience, I chose to stay there again. However, this time I found that the hotel was in a much worse condition compared to previous years. I felt the lack of attention to hygiene right from the hotel entrance. When I went up to my room, I saw that the hygiene issue was present there too. The room smelled very bad. The bathroom drain was open and giving off a terrible odor. The floors were filthy. When I informed the receptionist that the drain was open, they stated that they could not do anything and could only tell their supervisor the next day, and despite me mentioning that I would be checking out the next morning, no action was taken. There was a problem with the elevator; when we got in to go up, the door slammed shut violently and involuntarily, and we barely managed to get out. I found the elevator to be unsafe. I wrote this review to help others who are reading the comments. As someone who has stayed here in previous years and was satisfied, I believe that the hotel currently does not deserve its Expedia rating or the price paid.
