A second floor 2BR apartment with a beautiful pond view in a safe and gated community within 7 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park With excellent amenities like Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a King bed each. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

The TV is connected to the internet and the guest can login to their own streaming apps.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.


No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
