We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Host after booking was almost non communitive. Pool was not heated until 24 hours befire depature. Waahung machine flooded, maintenance would not assist. Owner offered refund of one night and pool fee, filed claim and kept monies, never received the refund. Our last nigh TV was spent trying to mitate damages from occuring to thd rental. Owner pre booking was very communative, during stay and afterwards was almost non existent. There is no garden at the property and heater takes days to work. The pool was never turned all the way up, so we were not able to use and owner kept pool cost and never made goid on reimbursement. I have all messages. Owner filed an insurance claim and then refused to send payment. Owner also requested to not leave a bad review if a partial refund was given. Terribel experience.

The property is a great location! Close to dining and shopping and just a short drive to Disney. We had a little trouble with something in the house and the house manager and maintenance person were great to work with!

This house is located a little further out than we expected. The property is located in the middle a residential neighborhood. The pictures lmade the property seem larger. It definitely needs some TLC…paint, cleaning of trim and baseboards, replace carpet in bedrooms, pictures in rehung properly on walls etc…When we arrived the house was not very clean. We emailed property manager and they came right over and cleaned. Our 2nd day our toilet handle broke but the mangers were very responsive and came over within a couple of hours to fix it. Pool was clean & warm.

Close to Champions Gate & Disney

Overall nice/comfortable home with pool. it's layout is great for adults and kids with its split floor plan. Its location makes it easy to get on I-4 & head to orlando or tampa. ChampionsGate area is less then 4 miles or 8 min away, Disney is about 10 miles or 20-25 min drive in traffic. Grocery store (publix) & other shopping within 2 miles of the development. Home has a single driveway for parking. Over all great stay and I will be back next time i'm in the area.
