The Space:

Sunlight pours through swaying palms as you step onto the patio, the scent of warm daylight mingling with the faint hum of distant theme parks. You hear the splash of water from your private pool and feel the excitement of a family gathering ready to unfold. Mornings drift into leisurely breakfasts, afternoons invite games and poolside relaxation, and evenings settle into cozy movie nights in one of three comfortable living areas. This spacious Davenport retreat invites you to unwind at your own pace, with room for every member of the group to find their own corner of comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs you’ll find a Jurassic‑themed bedroom with a queen bed and a separate king bedroom, both near a shared bathroom. Upstairs, four themed rooms provide privacy and fun: a king bedroom with an attached bathroom, a Frozen‑themed room with two single beds and an attached bathroom, a Mickey‑themed room with two sets of bunk beds and an attached bathroom, and a Star Wars‑themed bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. All linens and bathroom essentials are supplied.



Living spaces

Three distinct living areas each feature comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for movie marathons or quiet downtime while others play. One lounge includes a foosball table, adding a playful touch to relaxed evenings.



Game room

A dedicated game room houses a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games, offering entertainment that lasts long after the parks close.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare group meals, from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners. An indoor dining table seats everyone together, while an outdoor dining set lets you enjoy meals al fresco when the weather is right.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a private pool and lounge area, ideal for cooling off on warm Florida days or unwinding under the stars. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating create a casual setting for shared meals and conversation.

Located within Solterra Resort, you have access to shared amenities such as a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sports courts, and recreation areas.

The home sits in Davenport, just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. A supermarket is minutes away, and Posner Park offers shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby.



Pet‑friendly and family‑ready, this home provides space, flexibility, and a relaxed base for enjoying everything the Orlando area has to offer.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
