Fully Renovated, Quiet, Spacious Disney Themed Pool Home with Office

This beautifully renovated and decorated 5 bedroom pool home is located in the gated resort of Lake Berkley, only 8 miles from Disney.  It is the perfect location for your family's home base for all of the Disney, Univeral Studios and Sea World Attractions. The location is just off highway 192, 3 minutes to a Walmart supercenter, and many other stores and restaurants.  
The grand entrance leads to a bright open floor plan.  The kitchen is open to the living and dining room areas.  Just off the kitchen is a games table that plays foosball, hockey, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, chess, cards, checkers, bowling and backgammon. All of this space opens directly onto the lanai and pool area.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has a generous breakfast bar for extra seats at mealtime.  The living room TV is equipped with a 5000 game arcade for 2-4 players.   Every TV in the house has Google Chromecast for easy access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. 
The main floor king bedroom has a TV and an attached ensuite bath.  The bunk room has a twin over double bunk and a TV.  An office is equipped with a monitor, printer, keyboard and mouse, but also has a queen sofabed for some extra sleeping space.  There is a full bathroom on the main floor as well. 
Upstairs, there is another spacious king bedroom with a TV.  There are two double twin bedrooms, each with a TV.  One is princess themed and one is superhero themed.  These bedrooms share a full bathroom, decorated in a Disney theme.  
The refreshing pool is covered by a screen and there are lots of seating options around the pool deck.  The pool can be heated at an additional cost.  A propane BBQ is also supplied. 
Baby items supplied include a pack and play crib, a highchair and a stroller.  There are 7 TVs and WiFi included.  The washer and dryer are full size.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private lanai. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Over all only thing i would say to update is the layout of the rooms in the description so ppl know where the bedrooms and bathrooms are on each floor Our first night we had a small issue with the Fridge the compressor didn't come one there was a emergency call # provided they came over late in the evening and was able to get it corrected after that never had anymore issues
