Inside, the spacious family room features a 70-inch Smart TV and opens onto a rear enclosed balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster, along with a dining area seating four.

The condo also includes TVs in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a safe for storing valuables.
For added convenience, linens, bath towels, pool towels, hair dryers, basic soaps, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided. Families traveling with little ones will also appreciate the high chair, travel cot, foldaway cot, and stroller.
The property is locally managed and maintained, with 24-hour emergency service available.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, please observe the following:
No smoking indoors. A $250 non-compliance fee applies.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a non-compliance fee.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
No pets, including visiting pets. A $300 non-compliance fee applies, plus any costs incurred for damages.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the reservation.
Do not set the A/C below 72°F. Windows and doors must remain closed while the A/C is running.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors at all times.
Do not remove property from the home. All furnishings, linens, and amenities must remain on the premises.
Report accidental damage immediately so it can be addressed promptly.
Towels & linens: Do not use them for makeup removal, self-tanning products, cleaning, or anything that may cause staining or damage. Do not remove them from the property. We will attempt to restore stained or damaged items; if they cannot be restored to their original condition or are missing, a replacement fee will apply.
Trash: Please properly manage trash throughout your stay and follow the property’s collection instructions. Excessive garbage, food waste, or mess beyond what is considered reasonable will result in additional cleaning or disposal fees.
