Place was great, just needed a sweep and mop. Check in was like redoing your sign up to rent the place making you sign a secondary contract from the owner or property which is redundant and ask for personal info already released to vrbo. Annoying and unsettling.

The property itself is a good value for what you get, and it's close to most of the parks. However, communication with Shine Villas was sketchy at best. The listing mentions a pool, hot tub, and other amenities, but we weren't given the access code to the pool area, so we had to find someone to let us in. The hot tub was in a separate area that was hard to find, and we didn't get that info until they night before we departed, so we couldn't use it. The shower floor was very slippery. I caught myself before falling, but not without pain. They said they would add a non-slip mat for future guests, but bring shower shoes just in case. The check-in email said we'd have 2 packets of laundry detergent, but there was only one, and they wouldn't provide the 2nd one. So we went home with wet, smelly clothes.
