Welcome to Flamingo Paradise!

This newly decorated home is located in the beautiful Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport Florida. The resort offers amenities such as heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, kids splash pad, picnic areas, fishing dock, nature trails,restaurant, and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport.

Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, dresser, night stand, TV, master bathroom, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom consists of a queen bed, dresser, night stand, and TV. The 3rd bedroom consists of a kids themed room with 2 twin beds, dresser, night stand, and TV. The spacious living room consists of a sofa, loveseat, and 55" TV. The kitchen has all major appliances and utensils needed to cook a meal. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and can opener are also available. This condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. A pack and play, high chair, and stroller are also available for your use during your stay.

Beautiful place

Very happy with everything. Beautiful unit, the owners were quick to answer any questions and it was comfortable. Nice to have a pool nearby. The mattress in the pink/coral room needs possible replacement as it sags in the middle but otherwise we loved everything about this place!

Awesome property

We had a great time. Property was tranquil in a nature preserve. Apartment was spacious enough for my husband myself and two teen boys to not be tripping over one another. We appreciiated the ease of check in and out and how well equipped the condo was. Will consider for out next trip south...definitely !

Beautiful recently renovated rental

We booked this unit last minute and did not regret it! The condo is beautiful and much care seems to have been taken during the renovation process. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The second bathroom shower faucet handle was loose and fell off a few times, but this will be an easy repair. We appreciate the abundance of towels, including the many swim towels. There are multiple pools on the property, which we enjoyed. The grounds feel safe as it is a gated community with a guard on duty at the entrance gate. The listing did not indicate this, but it is on the second story. Plan to walk up stairs to get there as there is no elevator. We found the location a bit remote as we did visit Universal Studios during this trip. It took about 35-40 minutes to get there. Disney parks are much closer. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
