Laundry service was nonexistent towels never got changed. Kitchenette does not feature any type of plating, silverware or anything like that. Kind of a waste. She’s had hair in them. Towels had hair in them. Did not get fresh towels. The bathtub was clogged. Stains on the rugs. Breakfast was super crowded and most of the food was unavailable. Food was also quite nasty for a hotel breakfast. I’ve had better at a red roof and that’s a motel. Ask for some form of reimbursement they refused. Parking was 20 bucks a night which was not mentioned on the website could’ve easily went somewhere else. I absolutely will not be returning. It’s also a ghetto area. Homeless people were running up to me when I walked to my dog at night.

Great price and location! Bed was soft, staff was nice… but most importantly for us… we were able to have our pup with us for our vacation and unlike a lot of hotels we were allowed to keep her in the room, while kenneled, when we were out! This will be our go to hotel for all future trips! :)

Fairfield has continued to disappoint me over the last few years and this was no exception. The service and room both were what you would expect from a hotel more like Super 8. I will stick with IHG from now on. I spend 1-2 weeks a month in Orlando in hotels and decided to try something in the convention center area compared to Universal area. I will not stay at this particular hotel again and can’t say that I will ever give Fairfield a chance again at all.

Ni bien llegar Alejandro te da una buena atención, te recomienda lo mejor y te da los mejores tips, es bastante atento y cordial, los cuartos demasiado limpios, todo en orden, cada día lo limpiaban y dejaban con una presentación excelente, también mencionar a Isidra y Terenise, chicas que están en la área de desayunos, son bastantes atentas y educadas, te dan una atención especial y el desayuno bufet también está bien.

Yes, stay here!

We chose the Fairfield Inn and Suites for location. It's walking distance to ICON Park and The Pointe. Lots of dining and entertainment venues to choose from! We had a 1 bdrm suite, which was very spacious. It was clean and quiet. We had a couple of issues that the front desk handled immediately. There is a $16 per day to park at the hotel, but you can park in the ICON parking garage for free. It's only a 4 minute walk. The room includes a hot breakfast buffet which was nice.

The most important part of a hotel is sleep. I have been to many of the hotels throughout Orlando, but the beds are the worst I have ever slept on in my life (0/10). They are basically foam beds with no support. Spending a week in these beds I had to sleep upright against the headboard with pillows under my top half to gain any support. Lol. 2 of 4 of my family members were popping ibuprofens everyday for bad pain due to these beds. Parking is a joke (2/10). There isn't nearly enough parking, when you arrive you get surprised that they want to charge you +$16/day to fight for a space. The staff are very kind and the absolute best part (10/10). Breakfast is nice but has repetitive choices(7/10). Property is clean.(9/10)
