My card was charged twice and it sent my credit card into overdraft. I left with assurance that it will be rectified and I am yet to hear from them or see the funds returned to my card. I now have an overdraft fee to pay and I do not live in the US so it’s a major inconvenience to me. The facility was great however this issue with the staff and navigating the system was horrible!!!! Can someone please attend to this matter!
