This 11-bedroom mansion is right out of a storybook, with over-the-top luxuries including your very own theater, arcade, massive pool and spa, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and more. But what will really make your stay unforgettable is the magical “treehouse” recreation room and two themed kids’ rooms, including one that transports you to an enchanted forest!

ABOUT THE RESORT: Minutes from Disney and Orlando's top attractions, this exceptional resort features 71 expansive, ultra-unique villas and estates, as well as incredible resort amenities—including a state-of-the-art Event & Conference Center, which plays host to exclusive programming, events, and classes, and can be reserved for private functions. Guests also receive complimentary access to a covered playground, sports courts, and a grand resort pool with a lazy river, water slide, and on-site dining.

Kindly note: the lazy river will be temporarily closed for scheduled construction beginning April 14th until approximately June 1st, 2026. All other amenities remain fully operational during this time, and additional poolside activities will be available while the amenity is closed.

Next door, the Brick Builder’s room features a happy, colorful construction site in the middle of a bustling city, where your mini builders can climb over giant blocks to reach the top bunk and then zip down a spiral slide! Vivid wall art depicts animated movie scenes, and hidden bunk beds make for epic sleep spaces.

BEDROOMS (KING, QUEEN, & FULL): For the adults, there are nine beautifully furnished bedrooms to choose from—each featuring elegant Contemporary design, high-end bedding, and luxurious en suite bathrooms.

The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries: a master king bedroom, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, not far from the kids’ rooms, six more luxe bedrooms offer a king bed or two full-size beds, plush furnishings, and relaxing, upscale décor.
