I had to go here because the medical procedure that I needed to have done. It was the worst experience. The room was disgusting. The refrigerator had mold on it. I couldn’t get in touch with the front desk at all. It took me 25 minutes to get the TV to go on I was supposed to be in a no smoking section where the signs where everywhere were no smoking, but people were most definitely smoking. It was horrible.

Filthy and disgusting. Bed bugs, fleas infestation, broken shower, dirty floors, and a constant stench of filth and dog urine throughout the hallways. The hotel keys are so sensitive they’ll lock you out for hours, and staff walking around barefoot was crazy. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Truly rock bottom. $140 for two nights? You can absolutely find something better. You deserve better than this place.

My key stopped working 3 times in one night, and there was cockroaches. I knew this place wasn’t going to be nice, but roaches?!? The least they could do was call an exterminator

This place is an absolute nightmare. It smells like cigarettes. There’s really questionable people walking around and there’s nobody there in the lobby at late checkout. I got in there late and then after waiting 30 minutes, finally got taken care of by somebody. They ended up putting me in a room that already had somebody in it so I went back down into the lobbyand tried to call the nighttime attendant and waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever ended up showing up and I ended up leaving so frustrated and angry and I still don’t know how to get my money back. Stay far away.

Front desk was alert and helpfull but management and accomodations were horrible.First room was not cleaned, someone was squating there since front door does not lock. Moved across the hall. Second room is smoke-free but was heavily smoked in, tried the windows but both were broken and could not close or lock! Never Again!

I had to check out the very next morning, only because by 10pm, there’s no front desk staff available. My room had roaches upon roaches. The hallways/rooms smells like cigarette smoke and cat litter. The shower rod was rigged and plastered on and one of the roaches greeted my kids and I on the actual bed, crawling down as we just arrived. I couldn’t even finish eating my dinner, I threw the rest away. I booked another hotel the same night to check into the very next day because we were all uncomfortable and disgusted. I’m trying to get my refund as I type this, the front desk agent was nice about giving me one but management needs to approve it. Let’s see how we far.
