Chris was great with communication and awesome host, anything that was wrong he got it done quickly and had people out. We had ran into a hick up while trying to check-in bc the cleaners weren't done cleaning so we couldn't fully check in until later. Little things to keep an eye on Chris, the kitchen does circuit breaks from time to time when you plug in too many appliances at the same time or using too much wattages. The washer when over heated stops working. And the tub to the bathroom downstairs is still leaking and doesn't work and isn't fixed yet so couldn't use it after day two days. Could use a facelift when it comes to the kitchen and bathrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed the heated pool and the many other things the house offered.

Amazing host, great price & location, but kitchen needs an overhaulWe had a wonderful stay, and the host was exceptional—always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and willing to deliver or fix anything he reasonably could. For example the day we arrived we found out the dryer had died, and he had it replaced within a couple of days - even on a holiday week. The home itself is very family-friendly. Nothing felt overly new or fragile, so we were comfortable letting kids of all ages play inside and outside. There were plenty of fun amenities—warm pool, arcade games, pool and poker tables—and great indoor and outdoor space for games, crafts and activities. Security and parking were excellent, and the location to Disney World was great with minimal traffic even over Thanksgiving.The main drawback was the kitchen. For a house that can host such a large group, the kitchen simply isn’t equipped to cook regular meals for 40 people. It wasn’t an issue the host could fix during our stay because what’s really needed is a complete revamp of the kitchen equipment and several broken or inadequate appliances. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, utensils, and cookware were limited (e.g no griddle, big pots, or 9x13" casserole dishes), requiring constant washing, and we ended up buying paper goods to manage meals.The water quality was also poor, so we purchased bottled water. When we arrived, the house had a strong odor due to seafood left in the disposal, though cleanin

We enjoyed every minute we stayed at this house. Chris is an incredible host. He was attentive to every need and even was patient with me when I asked about a “problem” that was not a problem. If you have a large group and want a clean, high functioning space, this place is for you.

We had 35 people, plenty of room. Couple small issues were handled quickly by owner. Friendly owner as well. A few housekeeping things we notice/suggest… kitchen was missing chairs, bathrooms need re caulked badly, bath towels provided are really small, no bath floor towel/mat provided, no kitchen hand towels, no extra bath towels, dryers do not dry, light bulbs need replacement. One refrigerator had no door drawers. Very nice neighborhood pool too. This is your typical 40 person rental home.

Summer Trip

The house was beautiful and very spacious. We had a large family. It was very nice to have enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs living area and living space was Awesome. Youth loved the game room. We had to have the AC checked and the host had someone to come immediately. He was very proactive in making sure everything was great for our stay at the house. We definitely felt safe with security monitoring the neighborhood and the gated community . Youth loved the pool. Overall our vacation was very enjoyable and Awesome in this Beautiful home!

Chris saved our trip. We had checked into another house and had some scary situations: VRBO was willing to pay for us to move homes but needed to find something we could move into that day. We messaged about the house and they were able to accommodate us right away! Great location, clean house in a gated community. All information accurate! No hidden issues!

Perfect vacation home for a relaxing getaway!

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated space that made us feel right at home. We hosted our pre-wedding events here, and the house had everything we needed for a memorable celebration with family and friends. Just fantastic!! Can’t wait to stay again!!

The pictures do not do justice to how gorgeous this house is. Upon entering, we just went from room to room, every space, in awe. Even just walking through, the entry way was beautiful. We didn’t even need to leave the house to enjoy ourselves. Our entire group was enjoying spending time together with enough space to be comfortable. We had so much space to cook, to lay out all of our foods for our meals. The pool was so cozy and we loved that it felt like we were both outside and inside at the same time. The rooms were spacious and most of them had bathrooms inside the rooms, which was so convenient!! Even the kiddie rooms were adorable!! All in all, this won’t be the last time we stay here!!

Our stay was overall great! We had a few issues but still had a great time! The house had very uncomfortable beds which some people staying had issues with. The house carried sound so easily that people trying to sleep couldn’t due to sound carrying. Lastly, there were many fire ants by the pool and some people got bit by fire ants.

House was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Pool was very clean House is very nice warm Without being heated Plenty of space for everyone love the upstairs and downstairs. Our kids spend most of their time upstairs with games to keep them busy. There is open space For them to play little board games without being on top of one another, I love the house would Definitely recommended this house to big families It was my husband‘s family reunion.
