This inviting space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy and charming living room space with a pull out couch that can sleep two, a spacious patio that opens to a grassy area and one of the pools that is available to use, a bathroom that is accessible from both the hallway and room and an inviting room with a queen bed and walk in closet.

Your stay includes access to the Ventura Country Club Community. An access Card is provided for full access to the Community Pool, and Gym located at the main Ventura Clubhouse. Your Access Card will give you access to the 2 private pools in the Southpointe Condominium as well. You have general access to Golf the Beautiful 18 Hole Ventura Golf Course. The Property is 24 Hour Man- Gated.

Ventura Country Club is a 24 Hour Man Gated Community. Upon your reservation, you will be added to the guest list with the full name you are using through Airbnb. Please notify me at least 12 hours before your stay if there are any other names that will be on the reservation and/or driving separate vehicles, I will need the first and last name to add them to the guest list. The Unit is on ground level and there are no assigned parking spots so you can park in available spots near the unit.

Please no Loud noises or music after 7PM on weekdays and 10PM on Weekends. Please be courteous of neighbors and we ask that noise levels be kept down and to consider not disturbing the neighbors.
