The villa is situated in Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community, The rear of the property overlooks conservation. with the swimming pool facing South West. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, WiFi, When you enter the villa there is the formal dining room on your right, with access directly into the kitchen, There is a second sitting room, with patio doors leading to the pool deck; with the master bedroom coming off this room. the large open plan living area has a Breakfast Nook, with the modern high seating dining table and chairs, The TV lounge has comfortable seating, with patio doors out to the pool deck.



The large kitchen, has all the equipment you could possibly want, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, full size stove, dishwasher and all the plates, glassware and cutlery; all in suite for your convenience, the separate Laundry room has full size washing machine and large separate tumbler dryer.
