Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a desirable area with several restaurants that are walking distance. Rooms are run down and have mold and are dusty. It was difficult to breathe in some rooms due to the humidity inside.

My main issue is that outside breakfast hours, there are no facilities to purchase hot drinks in the public areas even though there is a coffee machine outside the breakfast serving area which is covered up outside of breakfast hours. You can't even order a coffee in the bar or restaurant? However there is a Denny's diner across the street that is open 24/7.

I think overall we had an ok stay. The location is fantastic and the layout of the room is spacious. I liked that we had a sectional couch in the living room area. We were able to watch tv as if we were home. When you check-in the hotel they give you some drink passes for happy hour time. We went downstairs to claim our free drinks and there was a massive line of guests on the side of the bar waiting to claim their drinks. You would think that they’d have the people claim their drinks at the bar so they could consume more. We didn’t really like that we had to wait in a long line for two free drinks made with liquor we never even heard of. You know the kind of liquor that gives you a hangover the next day. Luckily the bartender was nice and we grabbed a seat at the bar and opted to buy our drinks. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is definitely not for you!!! Our room was right next to the highway and we could basically hear all the cars passing by. It didn’t bother me a ton but I can see how this could be a problem for some. I am particularly disappointed on the cleanliness of our room. Bathroom was gross!! Pubic hairs on the floor and shower. Also, other peoples hairs as well. You could tell that the housekeeper does not clean the bathroom. Cleanliness in a hotel room is bare minimum for me. In addition to the bathroom being dirty I noticed that it was not well kept. There were multiple handyman jobs that needed to be addressed. I posted some pics of the bathroom. You

I stayed at this unit with my wife and 4 kids. This is a great location with a lot amenities. Breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly. Very clean property and room. If I was being 'picky" the only issue I would bring up is in regards to the washroom in our unit. Maybe this was only in our unit but the washroom did look like it needed an "upgrade". I have stayed in many Embassy hotels and I would say it was not "Embassy" standard. I would definitely stay at this property again.
