I stayed at 4 hotels over my trip to Orlando and this was the worse one unfortunatley. I am a hilton honors member and was treated terribly at the end. I was moved to three different rooms and the staff was very accommodating. However the last room I was in the shower head fell off and I had to screw it back on, and one of the light bulbs was out next to the bed. The main issue was I was never told I had to pay for parking until I was checking out. They put a 50 dollar hold on my card (Standard for incidentals) and then charged me $24.50 for parking so I had $74.50 charged to my card. Today only $25.50 was reminbursed so I will need to call. There is terrible communication between the front desk and no one told me anything about parking. When I checked out the woman said the gates wouldnt let me out without paying for parking. I informed her that the man told me not to worry about it when I checked in that the gates were broken. She said they arent broken but when I drove out they were broken. I will be calling as I have been charged double for parking and wasnt informed of a parking charge!

The bathroom was not extremely clean. Strands of hair were in the shower area. The body wash was not replenished and shower had a very slow drain. The tub has chips. The bathroom needs to be updated. The rest of the room was very clean and the front desk staff were super nice and friendly.

The room smelled overwhelming of Clorox. The carpet outside the bathroom door was wet. One of the two elevators on our side was out of order. There was one person working the bar, cafe, and room service. We left after one night.

I recently stayed for few days and the staff at the check in counter during the night shift was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The hotel was amazing and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for future trips.
