It is next door to the Icon, it has everything around it. The staff was very freindly specially Anna at the front desk. She was so accommodating and personable. This hotel was 15 minutes drive or less from sea world discovery cove Epic and universal island of Adventures.

Disappointed in housekeeping. Didn’t get the every other day service so garbage was overflowing and kept in a store garbage bag. No clean towels until I had to address the issue at front desk. Prior to this nothing was done when I informed the staff at the front desk that I had also removed items from fridge and when we returned the entrance door had to be left open for air out order. Evening front desk staff sent someone, no one showed up the following day. VERY disappointed when everything else was going great.
