Definitely do NOT recommend this place, TVs do not work the ac cannot go below 74 which on a hot 92 degree day is not comfortable. It also still had other peoples belongings still there when we arrived. We left after one night.

Not exactly as described

The communication is very good with the rental company as far as responding to email. Disappointed with the condition of the deck furniture by the pool. The pictures are not accurate at all and it was a big reason why I chose this property. Check out was 10 and by 9:30 staff had entered back deck and literally could see right in where we where sitting and they just started cleaning with the hose. The property management company didn’t seem to care when I advised. Several lightbulbs are out in house and some ceiling fans don’t work. A/C can’t be below 74 which I feel is high on a hot day. Remotes for T.V missing batteries. It feels as if they are not willing to invest any money to make this a 5 star rental and the property is for sale.

Nice Place but needs some cleaning and maintenance attention

Very nice property. Location and neighborhood were really nice. Needs a thorough cleaning and good deal of attention to some minor maintenance issues. Needs more towels and cooking and kitchen items. Several shelves falling off the wall and some damaged furniture and the patio area was rough looking with need for cleaning and landscaping. There was not one complete set of cups, plates, utensils, etc. We had to go buy some paper plates and skillets. Coffee maker only makes 4 cups at a time and dishwasher needs replaced. The property just did not present well compared to most places that I have stayed. Like I said it is overall a very nice property but getting run down a little. Could be easily remedied with a little attention.

Over priced

Only 1 TV worked in house,. In the living room. A TV in large bedroom had 1 channel. 3 other TVs in the house were missing the remotes. Also the dishwasher had broken tile above it that kept it in place. When you opened the door the unit rolled out.
