Pool heating is available for $35 per day + tax, with a 5-day minimum.
📌 Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
⚠️ Please note: The attached spa is not a hot tub. It does not have jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool, with a maximum temperature of approximately 90°F.
🌡️ The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology and does not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the guest's desired temperature due to cold weather conditions.
🔥 Grill
Some homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or built-in outdoor grill.
🧼 Guests who use an available grill are responsible for cleaning it after use.
⛽ Guests are responsible for replenishing the propane tank if needed.
💰 A $50 cleaning charge will apply if the grill is left unclean.
🔒 If a grill is locked or marked as unavailable, it is the homeowner's personal grill and may not be used by guests.
