Nestled in Emerald Island, a peaceful gated resort near shopping, Disney, and dining, this home features 1 KING bed with an attached bath, 1 QUEEN bedroom with bath, and a kids' room with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed. It sleeps 6 comfortably and 8 with the sleeper sofa. Amenities include in-home laundry, proximity to the pool, cable, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet. A one-time HOA fee of $20 per car (not for Uber/cabs) is due upon booking. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances: microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. An initial coffee, sugar, and toiletries will be provided; replenish as needed at nearby stores. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm understanding of HOA and city rules, as local laws require visitor tracking.

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
