Each room features comfortable beds and is equipped with a TV that offers popular streaming services.

The gated community offers a playground, trail, BBQ grills, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts.

Each room in our house is thoughtfully designed with a unique Disney theme, bringing the magic of beloved characters right into your stay. Whether you choose to rest in the Star Wars-inspired room, the Avengers-themed room, the magical Mickey Mouse room, the colorful Finding Nemo room, the daring Villains room, or the curious Harry Potter living room, you'll be surrounded by delightful decor that will transport you to a world of imagination.

Step out the back into your own private pool and hot tub.

Pool: Option to turn on pool HEAT is available from November - March for an additional fee of $10/night (or $50/ week for guests staying longer than 7 nights). Please request 48 hrs prior to check-in.

Pool is professionally cleaned every Friday. Please note that because it's outdoors, some small leaves or debris may appear between cleanings. Please DO NOT remove or damage the surface skimmer robot that is in the pool for additional cleaning. There's also a net provided for your convenience.

Hot Tub: Available all year round at no extra charge.

NOTE: All bedrooms have recently been upgraded with gray laminate flooring. Photos reflect previous brown laminate flooring.

Do not leave any food/drinks that will attract insects. Place extra trash in bins outside to the left of the house or community dumpsters at entrance.
It is important that you do not leave the front or back doors open, to avoid any unwanted bugs/ debris.
Do not remove/damage pool surface skimmer. If accidentally removed, kindly put it back in pool. Do not turn AC below 70 degrees, or above 76 degrees.
