This stunning 4-bedroom townhome in Kissimmee offers a easy access major highways: I4, I-Drive, US192, Central Florida Greeneway, and SR535. The location makes it a breeze to explore the area's famous attractions including Disneyworld, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.



Compass Bay resort offers a heated community pool, children's playgrounds, and picnic areas with BBQ facilities set under charming gazebos. Enjoy Orlando's sunny weather all year round!



The ground floor of this house features a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area in an open-plan setting, ideal for relaxing after an exciting day. There's also a fun-filled game room, converted from the garage, and a convenient half-bathroom.



Upstairs, relax in our elegantly furnished bedrooms. The master suite comes with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, followed by two more bedrooms – one with two Twin-size beds and another with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a trundle. A third bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry area complete this level.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



✦ Age requirement:

You must be 21 or older to book with us.
