My family of five had a delightful time at his home. We would all go again in a heartbeat! It was relaxing, the pool was refreshing and peaceful, the location was fantastic, close to everything you need, but far enough away to be secluded and quiet. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!

This villa is beautiful. I have stayed in many villas in this area and this is the best by far. The villa is very clean and is well equipped. The host is amazing and answered every question extremely quickly. We will be back if we can. Loved it

Charming and well furnished

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and well furnished. It was nice having a full kitchen to cook our own meals at times. Our children couldn’t get enough of the pool and the lounge chairs were perfect for us when we didn’t feel up to jumping in with them. The house is in a quiet and secure gated community. We would have no problem booking this property again.

Spa Convention Trip

We decided on a home this year instead of a hotel. So much more relaxing. This home was everything we needed and more. Wish we would've gotten to stay in it a little longer. Will def consider it for any return trips. Owners were accommodating as well!

Family Time

I was here in May for a retreat and had to come back with the family to enjoy. They were all amazed with the house and the decor. The fridge was a highlight the beds comfy and they all enjoyed the pool. If ever we need another staycations this will be one of the houses we will pick again. Nadia and Serg are a great host, they respond quick and they have a retreat. Almost everything you need in a home is provided so no need to bring extra baggage. The kitchen is well equipped and although no game room. There is plenty of books and a foosball game for the table top. Overall we had a blast. Thank you Nadia and Serg.

***Spectacular Property***

This was a last-minute reservation for a quick family getaway. The condition of this home is immaculate to say the least. The home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The pool surprisingly was preheated at no additional charge, large enough in size to accommodate our entire group with unmatched views of some local wildlife along with a lake view. The house was updated with all new amenities. The layout of the property was perfect to allow for privacy. The owners were very friendly and responsive to every communication sent. Easy convenient checkin, very quiet neighborhood equipped with Wi-Fi and Spectrum cable large TVs, and a fully accessible garage! We loved it and will book again!

5 Stars, No Notes, Book It Already!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the outdoor space (especially the fire pit!) made for such relaxing evenings. Even the Florida lightning put on a show one night! What really set this stay apart was Nadia. She was incredibly thoughtful and responsive—when we had a quick question about the fire pit, she had it taken care of right away. I work in rental property management on Cape Cod, so I deeply appreciate how rare it is to find a host who’s not only organized and detail-oriented, but also warm and kind. The house was in a great location—close enough to Disney to make our days easy, but tucked away enough that it felt peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming place to stay!

A true retreat.

I was in need of a retreat, my husband found this property last minute. The pictures online are great but when you enter the house it blow my mind to Wow. We have rented property before but this was the 1st property. That was clean, the decor updated and I really appreciate all of it. It felt like a retreat, this was the 1st bed I've tried that felt like home. The neighborhood is very quiet but this too was nice because that made meditation and yoga wonderful. The pool heated was a bonus. The hosts communicates clear and fast. I loved it so much that we had to reserve it for our family vacation. I can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for a beautiful house.

Best Home Rental ever!!!

10 out 10 ******* Home was very tastefully decorated. It was very clean. Pool was huge and perfect with an amazing view. Amazing bedrooms with amazingly comfortable beds. Very spacious living area. It will be the only home from now on that we will rent for our future florida vacation. Beautiful kitchen with awesome appliances including the beautiful fridge. Dining room is perfect for all our meals. Area was amazing and location was perfect. So much close by, Publix, Wallgreens , tones of options for restaurants. Not far at all from Disney parks, outlet malls and all other main attractions. I can only say that from the host Nadia to the home was NOTHING BUT AMAZING! We loved from the moment we pulled up to gated community to the beautiful scenery driving up to the home! The house was jaw dropping/ the cleanliness/ the decor / the pool/ waking up to the cranes in the morning! It was just awesome. The beds were so comfortable and we slept in late mornings a lot! Lol !My children are adults but all they wanted to do was relax in the pool area lanai and watch the view and listen to music while enjoying some fireworks at night! I loved how Nadia would just check in and ask if we were ok and needed anything! I always felt like she was so caring from day one! I told her my daughters birthday got rained out and she was just so sweet ( wishing her a happy 19th bday and then told me that she hoped the next day that we could make it out to the theme parks ! I have stayed in a lot of homes for our Disney vacations but this was THE BEST HOST /HOME EVER! The kitchen had EVERYTHING that you needed to prepare breakfast to cook with! This house had rain jackets / umbrellas/ just everything! Nadia thank you again for your amazing bed side mannerisms and for sure WE WILL ALWAYS RETURN TO THIS HOME! You ARE AN AMAZING HOST I ALWAYS FELT LIKE YOU WERE A PHONE CALL AWAY! Thank you again for making our stay great! AND THE ONE THING WE ALL LOVED ABOUT THIS HOME WAS ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGGG!
