This hotel was a great fit for what I would have needed during my stay if it had been closer to the conference I was attending. It has a small, charming feel to it, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. There were plenty of shops and things to do nearby, which made it very convenient. The room itself was on the smaller side, and you could hear some traffic noise, so just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the pricing was very reasonable, and it offered great value overall. I needed to be closer to my event, so I ended up moving but I would definitely consider staying again for a short, convenient trip.

I’ve been staying here for an annual workshop for years and this place has gone down hill. The phone didn’t work, there was no TP, I found roaches, plus one time, I was assigned a room that was already booked during my stay.

Disgusting. Luckily didn’t have to be in there long. Not to mention one day arriving to my room after working all day and find my room door wide open with a chair holding the door open. And no one knew anything. Luckily nothing was missing from my luggage. Either way place needs improvement. Floors in my room were disgusting, bed was barely held together and missing screws, felt like it was going to collapse just sitting down on it.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed at. The floor was covered in some nasty substance that made it super slippery. The sheets were dirty. We had no choice but to sleep so we stayed fully dressed with socks on. We wouldn’t even think of using the shower. The fridge was brand new but was lukewarm at best. This hotel was a massive disappointment. If we come to this area again, we will stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express.

This property should not be listed at all. The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. We left 10 minutes after checking in. Unfortunately we tried to obtain a refund vía hotels.com customer service and the property manager denied our claim. For $121 this is unacceptable. You guys should both be ashamed for promoting this property which does not even warrant to be even called a motel. Disappointed and disgusted

One step above sleeping in your car. My wife turned down the bed to find a live bug in it. When she pulled the sheet back, the mattress was stained and had cigarette burns in it. Supposedly a non-smoking room. We requested a different room which was only marginally better than the first one. Staff was pleasant, but nonchalant about the issues.
