Cozy Farm Stay, 20 Mins to Disney

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our newly build studio on a 1-acre farm in Davenport! This spacious attached unit features a separate bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cooking amenities, and a cozy dining area. Relax on our farm with a poultry coop, which includes chickens, turkeys, geese and others. You will hear them all day, so please be mindful before booking. This is a rear farm stay, only 20 minutes from with Disney.

We live on the property, so level of interaction is up to you. Questions are welcomed anytime before 10pm daily. If an extreme emergency, please contact 911.

Guests will access the apartment using the August Lock app, which should be downloaded to your smartphone before arrival. You’ll have full access to your private studio apartment, as well as a shared laundry area and patio outside.

Cozy Farm Studio Retreat – Near Orlando Attractions!

Tucked away on a peaceful 1-acre property, this charming retreat offers a unique blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The studio is attached to our home. The poutry animals, including geese, ducks, turkeys and chicken can get noisy at time, especially at feeding time. They are constantly heard throughout the day otherwise, and their coop is close to the airbnb. Please take note. We also allow them to roam the property once a day, so there are dropping around the property. Only the turkey is aggressive, so you will need to keep away from him.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and bright studio layout featuring a comfortable bedroom area,ully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a modern bathroom — all designed with your comfort in mind.

Step outside and enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere! Guests are welcome to explore our farm and use our pool, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Though we’re nestled down a quiet road, you're just minutes from major conveniences and attractions:

Please note: While your studio is fully updated and private, we are still in the process of upgrading other areas of the property. You may see light improvements being made during your stay, but your comfort and privacy remain our top priority.

Starting on January 5, 2026, guests can order groceries on Instacart through Airbnb's Kitchen Stocking up to 3 weeks before they check in.

Direct access to Interstate 4 and US-27 — Florida’s two main vacation corridors — means you can be anywhere you want to be without the usual tourist-area gridlock. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35 minutes door-to-door.

NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter paper products and laundry items.

Guest have the option to book Early Check in for $35, if available. Entry time between Noon and 3pm. You may also book extra cleaning services during long stays. We provide eduational experiences on our farm through the airbnb app as well.
