Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. This was the second time we stayed at this property in the last couple of years.. The property is very clean and we enjoyed using the heated pool. We like the location by Shingle Creek Park and access to the many amenities in the area. We will definitely rent this property in the future if available.

Overall our stay was great. We had some minor hiccups with check in and with the pool. Both situations were remedied very quickly. Communication with the host was prompt and frequent. Communication with local contact was also prompt. We did run out of toliet paper on the last day, but this would not prevent us from staying here again!

When searching for a rental for our Florida family vacation, this home checked every box on our wish list — privacy, a convenient location near the theme parks, a pool and hot tub, single-level living, cleanliness, and great reviews. From the moment we booked, Terry provided excellent communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns before and during our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The location made it easy to get to the theme parks, grocery stores, Walmart, and plenty of nearby restaurants, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the daily wildlife visits in the backyard — cardinals, mourning doves, blue jays, squirrels, geckos, deer, rabbits, and even a green tree frog were a special treat!We would absolutely consider staying here again for another vacation in the area and would recommend this home to others looking for a relaxing and convenient Florida getaway.

The house was great- everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and all the basics are provided in advance. Terry did a great job of making sure the house is user-friendly with notes and QR codes. The kids especially appreciated the pool and spa- they are heated perfectly. They were even out swimming in cooler temps. 20-30 mins to Disney and Universal.

Great short stay

Myself and my wife stayed for several days. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area. It was well located to the theme parks in a peaceful neighbourhood and it was nice to have a private pool area to relax in on the hot days.
