Private balcony overlooking the main pool and clubhouse. Sleeps 4. We have completely redone this condo with brand new furnishings and comfortable mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen as well! Bella Piazza is a luxury resort community with 2 large pools, kiddie pool, clubhouse and fitness center. 10 miles to Disney World and 22 miles to Universal Studios.

Checkin was seamless and parking convenient to the condo. There was both elevator and stairs close by. The location to the pool was nice. The property needs some updating as paint peeling on the railing and the patio cushions need replacing. The kitchen was lacking some essential elements including oven mitts and only one dish towel. If you are not preparing meals, then everything else was fine.

Ideal for small families!

A time was had here for sure! From the very start our host made us feel at easy with the way they stayed in contact and provided us with all that we needed. Once there the property was nice, quiet and well kept. The condo itself is just as pictured. Perfect home away from home feel. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a Publics supermarket. Disney was within a close distance, there is no getting around the traffic in some areas but this property provides a nice drive through surrounding neighborhoods to give you a more pleasurable drive.10 out of 10!!! Already planning our return for next year.

Quiet neighborhood. Unit just as described in listing. Pool area close to unit. Not far from Disney/Universal attractions. Heavy traffic in some areas due to this. Plan accordingly. Owners very quick to respond to messages.

The condo was just as described and pictured. Very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking pool. Perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Easy drive to the parks. Publix and restaurants right arpund the corner. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet stay close to everything!

The home was comfy and clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Shower and tub were nice. Pool was good to relax by and swim in. Couch was comfy. Patio was nice for morning coffee and reading. Would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay

All the amenities were good. Would have been nice to have a small welcome basket with starter Keurig coffee and some snacks. Excellent communication from the owners! Great pool!
