So I stood here because my flight got cancelled the day after I went to the front desk when I got back in the room and said my room wasn't clean he said we don't clean the rooms everyday I said well I wasn't told that and I need new towels nobody ever brought me the towels. I had to go back down hours later and the girl provided me with towel and said my Room will be clean tomorrow when I got back to my room the room wasn't clean I had to get toilet paper myself never again.

First review ever The room that was given to me had a mildew smell. The carpets were ripped and looked dirty. The bathroom door had holes in it that they tried to coverup with plaster. The bathtub walls had mold. Another lady stopped to speak with us and told us that she had someone at the front desk change her room 4 times because they all had a bad smell or damage. I asked for a room change and they said that all the rooms were taken. Positive-The bed and towels looked clean. The front desk lady was nice. I was told that the hotel is being renovated. Breakfast included. Close to a lot of stores and parks. I told the front desk that they probably should not give that room to any future guest until it's renovated or at least do something to get rid of the mildew smell. I'm giving this review just in case you get this room and they say "I didn’t know that room had those issues, I will let my manager know". Hopefully no one else gets that room.

While the hotel is under renovations and I can understand that, this is just a no for me. Rooms are terrible, beds make so much noise just simply sitting on them. Carpet was damp and had a huge cut down the middle of the room and another whole roll just laying on top of it. No iron in room, had to go downstairs twice and ask for one. Overwhelming perfume sent to mask renovations smells hit you in the lobby. Its just a no for me, paid close to $700 for a two night stay and was a bad experience.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at but I guess it could be worse, we could have gotten killed or robbed I suppose. It’s about a 35min walk from the convention center and the chain restaurants in the area so I guess it gets a star for the location. Otherwise everything was outdated and in bad condition. The sink and bathtub wouldn’t drain and they didn’t do anything about it when we asked lol. We didn’t even have a floor towel / mat so we just asked for more towels, that they gave us. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work, the AC only worked if you opened the thing that says to not open it, literally just basic cable on the TV. Room 208 or 209 had a “2” that was literally sharpied in there lol We ended up leaving one night early

Good location (a bit hard to navigate due to outside/sidewalk construction - not the hotels fault), clean rooms, great pillows and nice breakfast.. the smell of the lobby is amazing and very pleasant, but the rest of the hotel smells old and needs updating (which I believe is happening now). Breakfast is good but be sure to go down early because most of it will be gone during the last 30 minutes and doesn’t get replenished.. I’d stay again after renovations to the hotel and construction outside completed.. oh this place I’m walking distance to many places to eat and Walgreens.. Golden Corral is literally a 1 minute walk and border the parking lot..
