Property looked just like it did in the photos. Had an issue with the oven and they promptly sent someone out to fix it.

Enjoyed Clermont

Townhouse was clean and kitchen and bathrooms looked to have been recently updated. However, there were several yard lights out in the complex making it very dark at night. We were disappointed that the main clubhouse pool only had 4 loungers in the pool area, there were no umbrellas and the hot tub had no heat. Bulb in townhouse pool was burned out so we had no light in the pool. Also, there were only 2 hairdryers for 3 bathrooms and one of the hairdryers was unusable as it was missing the 110v converter so we had to share one. Pillows on the beds were comfortable, but there were broken wooden slats under the mattress on both of the single beds and it would have been nice to have a few extra towels. Complex is located close to Walmart and several restaurants within easy driving distance.

Safe and comfy during hurricane Helene

Maria and the UNE staff, we're exceptionally responsive and accommodating when I requested to extend my stay and have a late checkout. My brother's home was destroyed in the storm so we are very grateful to have had such a nice place to stay while we cleared debris during the day!
