This has been one of the worst stays I have ever experienced, and although I rarely leave negative reviews, this one is necessary. Upon arrival, the entry code provided was incorrect, and it was extremely difficult to get in contact with the host.Within just 30 minutes of being inside, it became clear that the property was in unacceptable condition. Several blinds were missing, three of the dining chairs was broken, and the pool was dirty with bugs. The pool cleaning equipment was also broken. The refrigerator was in poor condition, with both the ice and water dispensers nonfunctional. Only two very cheap trash bags were provided, so additional supplies had to be purchased with our funds.The furniture was filthy, stained, and noticeably worn out. The game area in the garage was unusable the pool table was dirty and unstable, the basketball game was broken with flat balls, and the hockey table was both dirty and damaged.The upstairs area was uncomfortably hot and did not cool down until late at night. In addition, the walls throughout the home were dirty especially the kitchen, further contributing to the overall lack of cleanliness. I do not know why the cleaning fee is included.The property feels misleading and overpriced for its condition. It appears to be falsely advertised and should be investigated. It is extremely disappointing to have wasted money, especially during Thanksgiving week. I hope future guests leave honest reviews so others do not experience what I
