This home was exceptional clean, cozy, and charming. However, the shower in the upstairs master bedroom doesn’t have adequate privacy. When in the shower your upper body can be seen clearly outside. There is no tint on window nor any blind or curtain on this bathroom window. In addition, the swimming pool could have been more maintained. I couldn’t really enjoy the pool for the many bugs in the pool.

We had no water for an entire day. Had to buy all essentials for our stay. Like toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergents… etc. It was annoying having to communicate through email. Half the outlets didn’t work. Getting in and out of the resort was not fun. If there was more than 3 or 4 cars in line you had to wait on a busy road to turn into the resort. The place was clean and nice for the first 3 days but once the water thing happened it was going down hill from there. Would we try the place again?! Maybe with a different unit.

I just wished they would have put clean sheets with no blood on the bed. Also I wished they would have cleaned the entry way from all the dead bugs from in front of the house. Also accommodate the guest with one roll of toilet paper inside each bathroom. Furthermore, a roll of paper towels would have also been nice. I also wished it was ceiling fans inside the bedroom, because it becomes hot inside the rooms.

Beautiful home and good location!

The house was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. We enjoyed the private pool as well as the lazy river at the main pool! If you like it cold in your house, it may not be the best option for you as the set point is 72 degrees. A lot of people don’t think that’s hot but my house is normally at 68, so it felt hot to me. That’s just an FYI when booking if that is something that would bother you. The line to enter the property at the gate was extremely long sometimes and there is only one entrance that I could tell for returning guests. So just be aware of the times you are getting there; it could be busy. But overall a great property and about 20-30 minutes from any of the Disney parks. We would stay here again!
